An avid runner and yogi, Lauren first started working with YAMA Talent as an intern in November 2014 while working in the boutique at one of New York City's premier yoga studios. Upon completion of her internship, Lauren officially joined the YAMA Talent team in March 2015. Lauren works closely with and assists Ava Taylor, acts as liaison between teacher and host, and oversees all operational and administrative duties. Her keen eye, common sense, and true attention to detail make her an valuable part of the YAMA Talent team.
Seasoned in the business world of corporate Pilates and retail management, Lesley is a charismatic and enthusiastic entrepreneur. Building from her degree in communications and her targeted fitness experiences, she has become both a life and fitness business coach to clients around the world, whether they are looking to grow their client roster or successfully expand the team of their gym or studio.

Ashley Level, originally from Los Angeles, California, moved to New York in 2015 to fully submerge herself in her passion for art in all its forms. A yogi in the truest sense of the word, you can find her behind the scenes capturing the magic at all of YAMA's industry events.
A teacher trainer, instructional designer, and author, Rachel is known for her passion for education, keen sense of alignment, and devilish sense of humor. She has created thousands of hours of education and supports yogis worldwide to create superior teacher trainings and online offerings. The author of Wit and Wisdom from the Yoga Mat and A Yogi's Guide to Dating, she contributes regularly to Yoga International and maintains an award-winning blog at rachelyoga.com. Daniel Yang is a web developer with 15+ years of experience. No matter the challenge, he enjoys finding creative solutions to help Yama Talent and their clients meet their technology needs as efficiently and elegantly as possible. He holds a Bachelors degree from Georgia Tech, and is currently working towards his Masters in Computer Science there as well. He is an avid traveler and has been to over 25 countries.
