M.S. in Yoga Therapy, E-RYT500, LMT
Ann studied yoga and massage in the Himalayas of India and tai chi and qi gong in China. Then, she earned a Master of Science Graduate Degree in Yoga Therapy. She helps people manage chronic stress and chronic pain–like back pain and arthritis. Balance–physically, mentally, and in life–is what she lives for. Her teaching strikes a balance between the art and science of yoga and wellness, making mind/body practices accessible and practical.
